About Elo
For five years I've helped service businesses redesign how work gets done - with AI, automation, and custom systems that make growth feel calm instead of chaotic. I didn't plan on this career. Here's how I found it.

Get to know me
I studied biochemistry. I stayed home longer than expected waiting for university admission. I picked my school because my dad called a cousin, the cousin named a university, and that was that. No research. No campus visit. Just a phone call that changed the direction of my life.
I ended up far from home, in a city I didn't know, studying a subject I wouldn't end up using - and somehow, in the middle of all of that, I found my way into tech.
At university I joined a community that introduced me to freelancing. That was where it all started. I created a profile, took on work as a virtual assistant, and began working with clients across different tools - ClickUp, Monday, Asana, Notion. I was learning everything in real time, figuring it out as I went.
But Notion was different.
I couldn't leave it alone. I'd pull apart templates other people had built just to understand how they worked. I'd rebuild them. Tweak them. Start from scratch and try again. There was something about the way Notion let you construct anything from nothing - any structure, any system, any workflow - that completely absorbed me. I wasn't studying it. I was obsessed with it.
That obsession turned into a service. I started helping people set up their Notion workspaces. Then building systems for small businesses. Then designing full operational infrastructures for teams. The more I built, the more I understood what businesses actually needed - not just a clean workspace, but a system that thought with them.
That curiosity never left. It just grew into everything I do today.
The bigger picture
After years of building quietly behind the scenes - fixing broken workflows, untangling messy operations, building systems that made other people's businesses run better - I realised something.
The work I was doing had a name. And it deserved its own home.
System Magic is my consulting practice. It's where I bring together everything I've learned about business operations, Notion, AI, and automation to build systems that don't just look organised - they actually work. Seamlessly. Consistently. Without you having to think about them.
The name came from what clients kept telling me. That what I built felt like magic. Not because it was complicated - but because the right system, built around how a business actually operates, makes everything that used to feel hard suddenly feel effortless.
That's what I'm here to build for you.
Systems that work like magic.
What I actually do
I'm a systems consultant. That means I come into your business and build the infrastructure that makes everything run smoothly - the tools, the workflows, the automations, and the processes that hold everything together behind the scenes.
Think about all the things that slow you down or fall through the cracks. Following up with leads manually. Copying client information from your inbox into a spreadsheet. Sending the same onboarding email every time someone signs on. Chasing your team for project updates. Trying to figure out where a task is and who owns it.
That's what I fix.
I connect your tools, automate your repetitive tasks, and build you a system where information flows where it needs to go - without you having to move it manually. So instead of spending your day managing your business, you can spend it growing it.
The systems I build usually run on Notion, GoHighLevel, and Claude AI - but the tools are never the point. The outcome is: custom operating systems, client portals, CRM pipelines, AI-powered workflows, and automations built around how your specific business actually operates.
I work with service businesses of roughly 5–50 people - marketing agencies, accounting and law firms, real estate teams, consulting and recruiting firms, coaches with teams, and nonprofits. Businesses that have already grown, but whose operations haven't caught up. They're excellent at what they do; the backend just doesn't reflect that yet.
I hold all four Notion certifications, maintain a Top Rated badge on Upwork with a 100% Job Success Score, and have built systems for businesses managing everything from nonprofit donations to live event production for major award shows.

How I work
I build first, then refine based on how you actually use it.
Because I'm not you. I can build a system that makes complete sense to me and feels wrong to you the moment you open it. So my process is always: build the foundation, walk you through it, send you off to use it, collect your real feedback, and then make it actually yours.
I'm also intentional about who I work with. The best systems come out of relationships where there's mutual respect, clear communication, and a client who is genuinely ready to change how they operate. If that's you, we'll do great work together.
What I believe
Systems should work for you
Not the other way around. If you're bending your day around the tool, the system has failed.
AI isn't optional
AI isn't optional anymore - but it should be implemented where it solves a real problem, not because someone saw a tutorial that made it look easy.
The right tools, not the most tools
The best consultant isn't the one who knows the most tools. It's the one who understands your workflow deeply enough to know which tools belong and which ones don't.
Function before aesthetics
A beautiful system that doesn't work is just an expensive decoration. Function always comes first.
If your backend doesn't reflect how good your business actually is yet, let's fix that.
